Your rights

All registered customers have statutory rights relating to their personal data. This includes the right to information, access, correction, deletion, data portability and limited processing, 

as well as the right to object the processing and to object the manual and automated individual decisions, including profiling. Such requests must be sent to Generator Solutions AS, which is obliged to respond within 30 days.

Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to all activities in Generator Solutions AS. The privacy policy also covers all interaction with customers, prospects, partners, and suppliers, regardless of the form of communication.

Personal data

Generator Solutions AS stores in the company's orders and the CRM system only information about contact persons in the companies we have a connection with. This information only consists of the following:

• Name
• Position in the company
• Email/telephone/address used in the employment relationship.

The information collected is in relation to:

• Contact in connection with B2B marketing and sales
• Companies that are our customers or suppliers
• Collaborating companies
• Participants in courses and or events organized by Generator Solutions AS
• Companies/employees who have actively signed up for information subscriptions

The purpose of this information is to be able to look after the business relationship, as well as to be able to inform about and offer products and services to interested companies.

The rights of the data subjects

Upon request, you will receive information about what personal data we have on you, what is the purpose of the processing, where we have obtained the data, how long it is expected that the data will be stored and what rights and appeals you have.

• Inspection of registered information, correction and possible deletion of data will be carried out at the request of the general manager.
• Generator Solutions AS does not perform profiling or automated processing of personal data.
• We will never hand over personal data to third parties.

Deletion

You can request deletion yourself, for example if you withdraw consent.

Confidentiality

All employees of Generator Solutions AS are bound by a duty of confidentiality within the scope of this declaration.

What happens when you visit Generator Solutions AS digitally?

When you visit our website www.generatorsolutions.no or access our profiles on social media such as Facebook and LinkedIn, digital traces are left behind.

The external social media have their own rules for processing your personal data, which you accept by accepting their terms of use. This is something Generator Solutions AS cannot influence.

A monthly rental to the customer will be used.

Example on a genset to kr 200.000,-

4year rental period: kr 200.000,- with 2,261% = kr 4.362,- + VAT pr. month.

5year rental period: kr 200.000,- with 1,846% = kr 3.692,- + VAT pr. month.
