When does Generator Solutions collect personal data about you?

Processing of personal data on Generator Solutions' websites
Generator Solutions markets and sells our products and services exclusively to business customers (B2B), both directly and through partners/distributors. In this context, we store personal data about employees of customers, partners, and businesses that contact us to evaluate our products. The data we store includes:

- Communication: Email correspondence related to marketing, sales, and use of our products.
- User credentials: Username, password (one-way encrypted), and mobile number for contact persons registered in our product and knowledge portals.

We collect de-identified information about visitors on generatorsolutions.no to improve our website. We use "IP Anonymization in Google Analytics," which means IP addresses (e.g., 12.214.31.144) are truncated (to 12.214.31.0). We do not use other analytics tools, and data is not transferred to other systems for further analysis.
Cloud Services
We use cloud services for our operations. Systems containing personal data for customers and partners include:
- Product and Knowledge Portal: Used for training and ordering.
- CRM/Sales Support: For managing leads and offers.
- Email communication: Between employees and customers/partners.
